A Friday/Saturday combo class offered as a review for parents who’ve attended childbirth classes during a previous pregnancy or for first-time parents who are unable to attend a Monday childbirth series (shown below). Items for discussion will include: pregnancy, the stages of labor, comfort and relaxation techniques, medical procedures and cesarean birth, newborn care, the postpartum period and a tour of the Benefis Birth Center. Cost is $35 per mom; waivers available.
