Lose Weight for Life with the Healthy Lifestyle Program

Lose weight, feel great and learn to live well for a lifetime! Benefis is again offering this 10-month program starting January 28 and 29. The goal of this program is to help participants prevent diabetes by losing weight, keeping it off by learning healthy eating habits and committing to regular exercise.
