Benefis Birth Center is now offering a six-week childbirth education series that will consist of: Pregnancy Labor Comfort Techniques in Labor Medical Procedures and Cesarean Birth Caring for a Newborn Postpartum issues New moms and their support person are encouraged to sign up to start a session when they are between 20-28 weeks.
