Licensed Home Health Services
Benefis Spectrum Medical is licensed by the State of Montana to provide home health services to Cascade, Teton, Chouteau, Lewis and Clark, Judith Basin and Pondera counties. Home health care is tailored to each individual's needs in a setting that is often more conducive to the consumer's well-being than a hospital room. We provide:
- Comprehensive skilled nursing
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Speech pathology
- Medical social work services
Any client who needs skilled professional care and is under the care of a qualified physician is eligible for home health care. Skilled service in the home is reimbursable through Medicare, Medicaid, most commercial insurers and through private pay. Home and Community Based Case Management Services are provided in 41 counties for the elderly, physically disabled and those with mental illness. Services are designed to promote independence, consumer choice, and participation in the delivery of health care in the home environment.
