Use this Patient Portal for Benefis Medical Group Provider Office visits. To register, contact your Benefis Medical Group Provider Office to get your enrollment token.

Use this Patient Portal for Benefis Hospital Inpatient Stays and Hospital-based Services. To enroll, simply provide your email to the Registrar when you register for your hospital visit. You'll then receive an email with a link to complete your Patient Portal enrollment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where does my health information in the Patient Portal come from?
All of the information in the Patient Portal comes from your Benefis Electronic Health Record. This insures that you have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information possible.
How do I log into the Patient Portal?
To log into the Patient Portal, simply click on the Patient Portal button located on the Benefis homepage of www.benefis.org, then you will be able to sign up, activate your account or login to your account.
Can my family access my Patient Portal Account?
Yes, you can give family members, such as parents or healthcare proxies, access to your Patient Portal account. This needs to be completed within Benefis and requires consent from you and your family member(s).
Is my information safe?
Yes. Patient Portal passwords are encrypted and the URL’s are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your Patient Portal. In addition, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the Patient Portal page open.
What if I have a technical problem with the Patient Portal?
There is a Contact Us section on the homepage of the Patient Portal that allows you to submit questions you have regarding the Patient Portal.
