Roberto Amado-Cattaneo, MD joined the Great Falls community in March. Dr. Amado-Cattaneo graduated from the University of Buenos Aires School of Medicine in 1979 and completed a cardiothoracic surgery residency at Oregon Health Sciences in 1983.  Prior to relocating to Great Falls, Dr. Amado-Cattaneo worked for more than 20 years in Spokane, Washington. 

He has extensive experience in all aspects of cardiac, thoracic and vascular surgery.  He was attracted to Great Falls by the expansion of the heart program at Benefis Health System and the opportunity to help develop a recognized regional center.  Dr. Amado-Cattaneo is an avid skier and outdoor enthusiast.
