At the Benefis Spine Institute we take a highly integrated, multi-disciplinary approach to treating neck and spine injuries and conditions. We call it Complete Spine Care. Complete Spine Care brings all phases of the treatment process together and, right from the start, everyone who needs to be involved is involved.

Initial Visit
Your initial visit is designed to provide you and your health care team the information needed to make critical health care decisions. Normally, the initial visit may include:

• Diagnostic x-ray and MRI
• Consult with a spine surgeon
• Consult with a pain management specialist

Prior to your visit, you will consult with our RN clinical navigator who will review your medical history with you and schedule all appropriate testing and appointments. 

Our Promise

• If additional studies or tests are needed after the initial visit, they will be performed with a 15% discount.
• If the case is deemed surgical, you will be given the estimated cost of your particular procedure after seeing the spine surgeon, reflecting a 15% discount.
• You can complete all of your pre-operative visit/testing the same day.
• If surgery is required it can be scheduled within 30 days of the initial visit.
• The post-operative follow-up visit will be approximately four to six weeks after surgery.
• Payments can be made on the day of surgery or your first visit.
