Our Occupational Health Team works together with local employers to identify and address safety issues, thereby reducing the rate of injuries. With our Occupational Therapist we can teach proper lifting technique, do ergonomic assessments, pre/post employment functional testing, and so much more. The Wellness Team provides coaching resources to make improvements in overall health by studying the barriers and providing diverse wellness programs.We also offer encouragement to achieve individualized wellness goals! However, fear not, if there is an on-the-job injury, we specialize in helping employees and employers work through the work compensation maze. In collaboration with the Injury Center, Occupational Therapy, the Care Coordinator and Team Wellness we help make the process a bit less painful.
