Financing
The South Tower cost $85 million and was built with long-term, tax-exempt bond financing supplemented by philanthropy and grants – making it a surprisingly small percentage of our overall costs. The cost of facilities at Benefis Health System is only
8 ½ percent of our overall costs, which are 12 percent less than our peer hospitals here in Montana. Benefis is a high-quality, low-cost health system, and we continue that promise to you going forward.
