Patient Portal

Many providers are using electronic health records.  Having access to these records can make your doctor’s visits go faster, allow you to coordinate your care amongst all your providers and allow you to be in full control of your medical date.  You will be able to ensure the information is correct, keep track of vaccination records and test results, have a copy of your medical history and keep track of all your medications.  There are several tools available to you to be able to access your electronic health records (EHR).
