Expecting?  Congratulations!  We welcome you to our comprehensive childbirth series.

Classes will occur Monday evenings from 6-8 p.m. on the following dates: 
Monday, July 17, 24, 31, Aug 8 (Tues),14, 2023

• Pregnancy overview & Lamaze principles
• Physical & Emotional changes in labor
• Comfort Techniques for labor
• Medical Procedures & Cesarean Birth
• Newborn Procedures & appearance, bathing, and safety
• Recovery & the postpartum period

Expectant parents are encouraged to begin a series when they are 28-32 weeks, but are welcome to begin earlier, if preferred  Cost is $60 (via Paypal). Please call for inquiries about fee waivers. Registration is required.

**After registration, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a link to PayPal where you can securely submit the $60 payment for the class.  Please check your spam or junk folder.**
