Introduction
Dr. Jonathan Bingham is a skin cancer expert with more than 20 years of dermatologic experience and has spent the last several years helping people in our communities prolong and improve the quality of their lives. Friendly and compassionate, Dr. Bingham is dedicated to delivering high-quality care while keeping his patients safe.
Dr. Bingham treats patients who have a high risk for skin cancer, sometimes using an outpatient surgical technique called Mohs micrographic surgery, which has the most effective cure rate and allows patients to keep as much healthy skin as possible.
This type of procedure is performed while patients are awake, which gives Dr. Bingham the opportunity to do what he enjoys most – engage with his patients. “What makes my days truly meaningful are patient interactions,” he says. “Getting to talk with them and learn about their lives and their families is so fulfilling to me.”
Dr. Bingham serves as the Commanding Officer of the 120th Medical Group in the Montana Air National Guard and previously served in the U.S. Navy, with a total of 30 years of military service. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and going skiing, hiking, camping, and fishing.
