With a passion for prevention, Jordan Johnson believes in patient-centered care She prioritizes listening to patients and educating them so they can create an individualized path forward.
“I’m amazed by the human body,” she said. “Nursing is a wonderful combination of science and caring for people. I was inspired to enter the medical field after watching the love and care nurses give their patients.”
“Having a primary care provider is the best way to take care of your health,” she said. “We work to prevent illness and guide you through treatment if you do get sick.”
Jordan is a volunteer with Make-A-Wish Foundation and Giant Springs Elementary. She likes to read, camp, play card games, and spend time with her family and friends.
