Introduction
Elizabeth Huddleston is a nurse practitioner who specializes in family medicine. Elizabeth has more than a decade of specialized nursing experience with Benefis Health System. She was inspired to pursue a career in healthcare after tagging along with her grandparents during their volunteer shifts at Deaconess Hospital.
Elizabeth completed a portion of her clinical rotations at Missouri River Medical Center, where she was drawn to practicing medicine in a small town.
“It’s a great way to take care of a community,” she says. “The relationships I build help me see the bigger picture when treating patients. I can take the whole person into account.”
Elizabeth strives to support her patients on their paths to well-being.
“I want to present them with options and support them in making their own decisions that they can stick with,” she says. “I want to act with their best interest at heart.”
Growing up, Elizabeth spent many hours in the garage working on race cars with her dad, and she has also raced motorcycles. She also enjoys camping with her family, hanging out with her dogs, and running. Elizabeth also has experience racing on foot — she completed the “Hood to Coast Relay,” in which teams travel nearly 200 miles from the top of Mount Hood to the Oregon coast.
