Introduction
Dr. Justinn Lahaye is an intensivist who cares for hospitalized patients in critical condition. She is passionate about partnering with the entire care team to develop the best treatment plan for her patients.
Dr. Lahaye was inspired to pursue a career in critical medicine after experiencing firsthand the impact medical care teams can have on families with a loved one experiencing serious medical problems.
“I have a special level of empathy for patients and their families,” she says, “especially during the tough conversations.”
Outside the hospital, Dr. Lahaye values spending time with her family. She enjoys outdoor activities, golf, reading, working out, baking sourdough bread, and taking care of the animals her family has at home.
