Misty Phillips is a nurse practitioner who provides care for the whole family. She has experience in emergency medicine, treating patients with a wide range of injuries and illnesses.
Misty pursued a career in medicine after being inspired by multiple family members. She enjoys the active, challenging nature of medicine and the ability to be of service to others.
Misty provides thorough, patient-centered care with a focus on following up and building relationships.
“I want to make sure my patients are actively involved with their care,” she says. “I focus on getting to know the patient and not the disease.”
Outside the clinic, Misty values time with her family, which includes three “giant” dogs. The whole family is into sports and loves to spend time outside — hiking and recreating on the river are favorite activities.
