Introduction
Katherine Misfeldt is a nurse practitioner who provides primary care to people of all ages. Katherine, who goes by Kate, has been caring for patients at Benefis for nearly a decade with experience in inpatient nursing and as an infection prevention specialist.
Kate is passionate about making comprehensive primary care an accessible and comfortable process.
“I love the idea of being able to take care of whole family units throughout the different phases of life,” she says. “It’s important to me that my patients know I am nonjudgmental, and I will work with them to explore different options to help them improve their health and well-being.”
Kate works to establish a collaborative relationship with her patients, exploring lifestyle changes and holistic options when appropriate.
In her free time, Kate values spending time with her family. She also enjoys knitting, reading, running, and group fitness classes.
