Introduction
Sara Graft is a licensed clinical social worker and board-certified music therapist. She specializes in end-of-life care, grief, and bereavement, and also has experience with addiction, mood imbalances, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Sara approaches her work with an “intention of unconditional positive regard, connectedness, and acceptance” for people who are feeling stuck. She works with clients to explore the social, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual elements of their lives. From there, she helps them find a way forward that is filled with purpose and meaning.
“I honor the courage it takes to seek help,” Sara says. “I believe that we are the experts of our experiences and that we have it within ourselves to heal and grow.”
