Introduction
Mira Lutz is a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in mental health counseling for couples and families. She is committed to providing nonjudgmental, trauma-informed, whole-person care.
Mira grew up in a family of healthcare professionals and attributes her passion for counseling others to her empathetic and curious nature.
“My approach is to meet my clients where they are,” she says. “I strive to be genuine with them so they can feel comfortable being genuine also.”
Mira is also a certified personal trainer, so she has experience providing a different type of support in the gym. She enjoys spending her free time hiking with her husband and their dogs.
