Introduction
Dr. Kevin Gurney is a board-certified emergency medicine physician who provides same-day care for patients of all ages.
Dr. Gurney’s interest in medicine was first sparked by his father’s career as a biology teacher and expanded to medicine as he developed a passion for caring for others.
Growing up in a small town also inspired Dr. Gurney to practice medicine in the same setting.
“I enjoy treating members of my community,” he says.
Dr. Gurney strives to educate his patients about the treatment process during visits. He wants his patients to get what they need and understand their treatment plan.
In his free time, Dr. Gurney values spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors — especially fishing and tending to his lawn and flowerbeds.
