Introduction
Robert Anderson is a physician assistant who provides patient care at Benefis Missouri River Medical Center. Robert has more than 20 years of experience practicing in the areas of family medicine, internal medicine, hospital medicine, geriatrics, urgent care, and emergency medicine.
Robert grew up with physicians in his family and was motivated to pursue his own career in medicine to help people during vulnerable times in life. He was raised in an agricultural setting in Idaho, so Robert gravitated toward practicing in rural areas.
Robert knows that trust leads to excellent care.
“I view medicine as a sacred trust,” he says. “Patients trust me to do my best, and I want them to know that they are not alone as they navigate their medical journey.”
Robert encourages his patients to keep asking questions, and he will dig deep to find the answers they need.
In his free time, Robert enjoys “all the Montana vices,” including hunting, skiing, and fishing. He has been tying flies since the age of 13 and spending time at cabins owned by his grandfathers, so now, Robert is excited to share his love of the outdoors with his own grandchildren.
