Introduction
Dr. Charles Marler is a family medicine doctor whose approach to care is to treat patients like family.
Dr. Marler chose his career after growing up with family members who suffered from cancer and heart disease and were not helped by medical treatments available at the time. He went into the healthcare field to find answers and provide exceptional care for people like his mother.
“I treat patients like I would like to be treated and how I would treat my closest family,” he says.
He finds his job rewarding because it allows him to make a positive impact in the lives of people on a daily basis. “There has not been one day when I did not help someone,” he says. “I also am excited with the challenge of the human condition and how to fix or change it.”
In his time away from the clinic, Dr. Marler enjoys collecting folding knives and cooking. “I would be a chef if I was not a doctor,” he says.
