Introduction

Dr. Flint Ray is a sports medicine physician who encourages using the body’s natural healing abilities in treating various conditions. After all, “If you’re not moving, then blood isn’t pumping, and healing can’t occur,” he says.

A team player by nature and a Division I collegiate wrestler, Dr. Ray knows firsthand how devastating injuries can be. He motivates his patients to be involved in their treatment decisions.

Dr. Ray likes to think of life as a sport, and his goal is to help his patients have more fulfilling lives by keeping them going and getting them back to doing what they love.

Dr. Ray enjoys spending time with his wife and their six children. He also loves hunting, fishing, and doing anything outdoors.
