Introduction
Dr. Holly Strong specializes in pulmonology and critical care. She cares for patients admitted to Benefis and also sees patients in her office practice.
Her care philosophy is to regard each of her patients as a whole person and not just a “sick person.” She finds great satisfaction in helping improve lives in any way she can.
As a critical care provider, Dr. Strong’s most important advice to patients is to plan ahead. “Life is so short and full of unexpected surprises,” she says. “Always let your family know your long-term wishes, and put it in writing. Don’t put them in that sad position of making life decisions for you when you are unable.”
When not caring for patients, Dr. Strong enjoys tending to her small pet birds, dogs, and cats. She also loves to travel.
