Introduction
Jeffrey Smith is a nurse practitioner who provides care in the areas of family practice, emergency services, and senior services. He began his career as a firefighter and decided to pursue nursing to provide a different type of care during an emergency.
Now Jeffrey enjoys the chance to provide well-rounded care for all his patients at Missouri River Medical Center. He can spend a little extra time with them, which helps him develop trust and ultimately compile a more complete medical history.
“I look at it from the patient’s perspective,” he says. “Having a good rapport with your provider helps you open up more.”
In his free time, Jeffrey enjoys outdoor activities with his family, especially camping, boating, hunting, and fishing.
