Introduction
Katrina Paulson is a physician assistant who specializes in internal medicine and family medicine.
From a young age, Katrina desired to become a physician assistant. “I had PAs provide all my care growing up in Alaska, and I aspired to help others in the same way,” she explains.
Her favorite part of her job is the people. “I most enjoy establishing relationships with patients and their families,” she says. She encourages her patients to take a proactive approach to their healthcare, quoting the old adage “an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.” Katrina says, “Take an active role in living a healthy lifestyle to help prevent problems down the road.”
