Introduction
Dr. Matthew Humbert is an emergency medicine physician who is committed to delivering outstanding care to each patient he sees in the emergency department.
His medical training exposed him to many interests and research topics – including end-stage renal disease, pediatric malnutrition in Malawi, RSV and asthma in children, critical care, and airway management.
Dr. Humbert served in several leadership roles throughout his education at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and also during his residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. These positions included teaching airway management to fellow residents at Baylor and running suture workshops for preclinical medical students.
Outside the hospital, Dr. Humbert enjoys skiing.
