Introduction
Dr. Melchisedek “Mel” Margaris is a hospitalist physician who has been providing care in his hometown of Great Falls since 1990, caring for up to five generations of families in his private family practice before becoming a hospitalist.
Made for medicine, Dr. Margaris always knew he wanted to be a doctor and started making patient rounds when he was just 3 years old with his physician father. His deep understanding of the sacred relationship between patients and their doctor is apparent in the way he treats his patients like family, with genuine love and care.
“It’s humbling to gain the trust of patients, and I see it as a huge responsibility to honor that trust by providing the best care possible,” Dr. Margaris says.
Outside of work, Dr. Margaris enjoys spending time in the mountains and outdoors with his family.
