Introduction
Renee Vincent is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner who specializes in caring for hospitalized children. Her dedication to pediatrics began with a family friend who was also her pediatrician. She was motivated by his approach to medicine, in which he “directed attention, care, and education to the patient,” Renee says.
Pursuing a career of service to her community was always a goal. “I was raised in a family of service,” says Renee, who is also a retired military medic.
As a pediatric nurse practitioner, she is committed to caring for the family unit. “I love my job and the service I can provide to both the patient and family,” she says.
When Renee isn’t caring for patients, she enjoys spending time outdoors. “There is no greater peace than when in nature,” she says.
