Introduction
Dr. Sierra Cobb believes true health is more than just treating disease and healing the physical body, and she empowers her patients to sustain their health and wellness. Healthy also looks different depending on the person, so Dr. Cobb provides individualized care based on each person’s unique objectives.
“Helping patients to achieve their best quality of life depends on the patient’s personal goals and understanding what it takes to have a healthy life,” she says. “Details matter in building plans to preserve wellness.”
Dr. Cobb is passionate about the care she gives, and as part of her medical practice she offers osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) to diagnose, treat, and prevent illness or injury. Using these hands-on techniques to feel what’s happening structurally within the body “can be life-changing for regaining function, mobility, and decreasing pain.”
Outside of her patients, Dr. Cobb enjoys being outdoors with her two dogs, trail running, and stand-up paddleboarding.
