Recovery Close to Home
Swing beds are skilled nursing beds that allow patients more time to recuperate after an illness – often between two to three weeks – before returning home, whether that’s to a personal residence, retirement center, or a long-term care facility.
When you use our swing bed services, you will receive registered nursing care 24 hours a day under the supervision of a provider. You will also have access to therapy services as well as training regarding the safe management of your condition. Lastly, our professional nursing teams will help oversee your personalized care plan and adjust it as needed based on your status.
Swing Bed Eligibility
To become eligible for swing bed services, you will need to have stayed in the hospital for three consecutive days within the last 30 days. Medicare and Medicare Advantage Plans Will Cover Swing Bed Stays.
