Expecting? Congratulations! We welcome you to our comprehensive childbirth series.
This weekend class offering is perfect for those who prefer not to attend the 6-week series, live outside of the Great Falls area, or just need a “refresher”!
Classes will occur Friday evening from 6 - 8 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 - 3:30 p.m.
- Pregnancy overview & Lamaze principles
- Physical & Emotional changes in labor
- Comfort Techniques for labor
- Medical Procedures & Cesarean Birth
- Newborn Procedures & appearance, bathing, and safety
- Recovery & navigating the postpartum period
Cost is $35 (via Paypal). Please call for inquiries about fee waivers. Registration is required.
