Expecting? Congratulations! We welcome you to our comprehensive childbirth series.

Classes will occur Monday evenings from 6 - 8 p.m.

• Pregnancy overview & Lamaze principles
• Physical & Emotional changes in labor
• Comfort Techniques for labor
• Medical Procedures & Cesarean Birth
• Newborn Procedures & appearance, bathing, and safety
• Recovery & navigating the postpartum period

Please register early and plan on starting the series between 26-30 weeks of pregnancy. Cost is $60 (via link sent to you). Please call for inquiries about fee waivers. Registration is required.

**After registration, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a link where you can securely submit the $60 payment for the class via PayPal or card. Please check your spam or junk if you do not see the email within the hour. **
