The BeneBites food truck is parked on East Campus outside the Concourse between the North and South Towers. It will offer breakfast from 6:30 a.m.-10 a.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m.-10 a.m. on weekends, along with lunch and dinner options from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. seven days a week. You'll need to place your order through a kiosk (located in the Concourse hallway) or the Thomas To Go app. Badge pay and credit cards will be accepted as payment.
Cafe Closure
While the East Campus Café is closed for renovations guest food trucks will also be available beginning April 1 and continue through Sept. 30.
The schedule of guest food trucks so far is:
- Mondays: Mountain Berry Bowls
- Tuesdays: Spices N Spurs
- Wednesdays: UFO Burger and Lumpia
- Thursdays: PurpleGold smoothie bowls
- Fridays: Papo's Mexican cuisine
The guest trucks plan to be open 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. near the North Tower. A portion of the proceeds from the guest food trucks will benefit the Benefis Foundation.
