Cascade Ridge: Affordable Comfort for Low-Income Seniors
Living on a fixed income can be challenging, but Cascade Ridge makes it a little easier. The seniors-only community in Great Falls offers affordable one- and two-bedroom, energy-efficient apartments for people 55 and older whose income is at or below 60 percent of the Cascade County area median income.
The affordable housing project was developed in partnership between Benefis Health System and Mountain Plains Equity Group of Billings.
Each tastefully designed, comfortable apartment offers:
- Central air conditioning and heating
- Kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher
- Private patio with a storage closet
- Single-car garage
- Washer and dryer
A Community Designed for Older Adults
Cascade Ridge offers a secure, welcoming community with great amenities. The community room is a great place for residents to get together, with a fireplace and a kitchen area. There’s a crafts room, library, and outdoor patio with a fire pit. You can exercise in the on-site gym, talk a stroll on the community’s walking path, or hike in a nearby park – two state parks and a national forest are less than five miles away.
