Erica Martin, FASPR

Erica Martin is a Physician Recruiter and Certified Physician Development Coach. With 15 years of experience in employee relations, recruitment, coaching, and other areas of human resources leadership, Erica continues to value every aspect of her job.

“I love that every single day I have an opportunity to enhance the medical services we can offer to Great Falls and our surrounding communities,” she says.

Erica has worked in leadership and human resources in a variety of other industries, including real estate, retail, and manufacturing. She has learned from each of her positions and particularly enjoys her role at Benefis. “It is such an honor to recruit providers into a stable health system with state-of-the-art technology, amazing people, and a flexible, rewarding practice environment,” she says.

That environment includes a culture that promotes a healthy work-life balance and leadership that encourages innovation. According to Erica, this gives providers the chance to “bring new ideas into our system and watch them be implemented.”

The Great Falls community is also a plus for Erica, with its friendly people, 300 days of blue skies each year, and beautiful landscape. “Our state provides great outdoor access to world-class skiing, fly fishing, hunting, mountain biking, hiking, and national parks,” she says, adding that there are also new restaurants and other developments in downtown Great Falls, “There’s always something fun to do.”

In her spare time, Erica likes to explore new places through road trips and international travel with her young family. She also enjoys interior design and spending time with “the amazing friends and family in my life.”
